Save as and include column headings
Do you need to save your query results as a .csv file but get annoyed that the header is missing.
There is actually a setting to include it.
Tools -> Options -> Query Results -> SQL Server -> Results to Grid -> Click: Include column headers when copying or saving the results.
You likely need to close and reopen SSMS.
